Description We are looking for a skilled Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team in Newport Beach, California. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to the development and enhancement of the accounting department. Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with accuracy and efficiency.

• Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial records are consistent and up-to-date.

• Support cash flow management and forecasting to maintain financial stability.

• Collaborate with the Controller to streamline accounting operations and improve internal processes.

• Prepare and review journal entries following US GAAP standards.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure timely reporting.

• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.

• Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation for audits and compliance purposes.

• Provide recommendations to improve accounting policies and procedures. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

• Proven experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.

• Strong understanding of US GAAP and its application in accounting practices.

• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and leadership.

• Previous experience in shaping or improving accounting processes is a plus.
