    Overview:

    Robert Half is proactively recruiting experienced Collaboration Solutions Engineers for upcoming contract opportunities with our enterprise clients. These roles focus on implementing, managing, and optimizing Microsoft 365 collaboration environments — including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online — to help organizations build secure, connected, and modern digital workplaces.

    Responsibilities:

    + Configure, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Viva.

    + Implement and maintain governance policies, including lifecycle management, permissions, and retention controls for Teams and SharePoint.

    + Automate administrative workflows and reporting using PowerShell and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

    + Collaborate with IT architects and security teams to align solutions with enterprise standards, compliance policies, and identity management practices.

    + Integrate collaboration tools with Azure AD / Entra ID and other enterprise applications.

    + Troubleshoot, resolve, and document issues related to user access, permissions, and service performance.

    + Support adoption initiatives and provide end-user guidance to improve productivity and collaboration across departments.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of experience managing or supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions.

    + Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive for Business.

    + Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and configuration management.

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, Power Platform, and Azure AD / Entra ID integration.

    + Understanding of data governance, DLP policies, and conditional access.

    + Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.

    Preferred:

    + Microsoft certifications such as M365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Security Administrator Associate, or Solutions Architect Expert.

    + Experience supporting Viva Engage or other Microsoft 365 adoption programs.

    + Previous experience working in enterprise or large-scale M365 environments.
