Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Everett, Washington. In this role, you will play a key part in managing vendor payments, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering the opportunity to grow within the organization while contributing to the establishment of efficient workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Process a high volume of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment to vendors.

• Manage credit card transactions and handle payment-related discrepancies using Ramp software.

• Collaborate with various departments to develop and refine accounts payable workflows.

• Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

• Utilize Tipalti software to automate accounts payable processes and streamline invoice handling.

• Assist in vendor onboarding and maintain compliance with global payment standards.

• Prepare reports and analyze financial data to support decision-making.

• Conduct coding and matching for invoices to ensure proper allocation.

• Work alongside team members to enhance efficiency and productivity in accounts payable operations.

• Support the implementation of best practices for multi-entity accounts payable workflows. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

• Proficiency in Tipalti or Ramp software is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of invoice processing, coding, and reconciliation.

• Familiarity with credit card payment systems and handling vendor payables.

• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.

• Self-starter with the ability to manage high volumes of transactions independently.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
