Uses effective customer service/interpersonal skills at all times.Healthcare Mechanic:1. Periodically degreases floors and equipment.2. Replaces burned-out lighting equipment and lamps.3. Makes simple plumbing repairs.4. Installs small pieces of equipment (e.g., towel dispensers, curtain rods, soap dispensers).5. Performs preventive maintenance tasks as directed (e.g., electrical safety readings, filter checks, equipment lubrication).6. Cleans and maintains work areas in a neat, orderly and safe condition.7. Prepares and submits reports and records of activities as required.8. Demonstrates basic computer literacy skills.9. Inspects steam valves and traps for proper operation.10.Operates BAS (building automation system) a computerized facilities utility system.11.Performs other duties as assigne
