Our Gas Service organization is looking for a
highly driven, self-motivated Financial Analyst / Commercial Project Manager to
join our team of CPMs. In this role, you will be responsible for all commercial
aspects and project financials (controlling, reporting, and forecasting). You
will work together with our project management organization with the main
objective of completing the projects according to our contractual obligations,
project management standards, and applicable financial guidelines.
A strong critical thinking ability and a
collaborative approach are critical for success in this role.
How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)
+ Fully responsible for all commercial andfinance-related matters, including Accounting, Legal, Tax, Foreign Exchange,and NCM topics.
+ Manage and optimize financial results with dueprofessional care, including revenue, project gross profit, cash flow, assets,and financing instruments.
+ Lead all aspects of monthly revenuerecognition, contractual invoicing, and ensure compliance with IFRS15, localGAAP, reporting guidelines, and internal controls.
+ Prepare commercial documentation for projectstatus meetings, ensuring accuracy in project data, forecasts, cash flow, andfinancial reporting.
+ Ensure accurate cost and pricing calculations,maintain project books and records in systems like SAP, OnePM, and eFMT, andmanage financial guarantees, bonds, and securities.
+ Support project management in risk assessment,non-conformance cost reduction, reporting structures, and integrating lessonslearned into projects and the organization.
What You Bring (requirements)
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience inFinance/ Business Administration/ Accounting is required.
+ 3-8 years of professional experience inBusiness administration or in Finance, preferably with experience in ProjectManagement.
+ Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS, withproficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and analytical tools like Alteryx andTableau (preferred).
+ Ability to optimally communicate financialinformation to non-financial partners, work in a team-oriented environment, andlead multiple tasks under pressure to meet deadlines.
+ Must be able to travel approximately 5%.
+ Applicants must be legally authorized foremployment in the United States without need for current or futureemployer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with currentvisa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission
power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission
power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and
generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings,
modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
