We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to help expand our footprint and drive new business in a dynamic, hunter-style sales environment. The successful candidate will reside around the southern California area. This will be a home-based position with some local travel to visit customers.
What You’ll Do:
+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
+ Sell package delivery solutions to e-retailers, mail service providers, financial institutions, industrial businesses, and more.
+ Conduct client meetings to assess needs and present tailored shipping solutions.
+ Overcome technical and business objections to close deals.
+ Manage client onboarding and implementation.
+ Provide product training and ongoing support to customers.
+ Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts.
+ Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.
What We’re Looking For:
+ Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in parcel shipping, mail consolidation, or logistics.
+ Minimum 7 years of outside sales experience.
+ Proven track record in a hunter-style sales environment.
+ Strong negotiation and marketing skills.
+ CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
+ Willingness to travel overnight as needed.
