Job Title: Supply Chain Data Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining work instructions and standard operating procedures, and will play a critical role in data entry and master data management. This position requires close collaboration with various departments and participation in project work to align with business strategies.
Responsibilities
+ Create and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures.
+ Process vendor, customer, and material master data entry, edits, processes, and procedures in various systems.
+ Partner with finance for master data quarterly reviews and audits.
+ Manage technical master data input and document output such as Material Documents.
+ Facilitate and gather certificates such as Kosher, Halal, and Organic information for data entry into AS400, Genesis, and SharePoint.
+ Facilitate the product development process for formula and non-formula material item creation and changes.
+ Submit and follow up on ERP-related helpdesk issues and act as the department’s ERP subject matter expert.
+ Maintain traceability for all transactions and document changes for auditing purposes.
+ Participate in project work and systems implementations to align with business strategy as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in SAP (either S4 or SAP Material Management).
+ Strong Excel skills.
+ Experience with supply chain data.
+ Experience with data entry and data analysis.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
+ Minimum of three years of experience with ERP systems and CRM platforms (AS400, SAP, Oracle, SAGE, MS Dynamics).
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Ability to collaborate with internal, global departments including IT, Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
+ Proven ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Successful experience in presenting analytical findings in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders and senior -level executives.
+ Strong understanding of system platforms, deployments, and solutions at the enterprise level.
+ Project management experience with the ability to multi-task and manage various deadlines and priorities.
+ Excellent communication, relationship, and leadership skills.
+ Ability to strategize, analyze, and solve complex, multi-layered problems.
+ Proven success in a fast-paced culture with an international footprint.
Work Environment
This position is based 100% onsite at our location in Totowa. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring collaboration across various departments and the use of advanced technology systems.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Wayne, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.57 - $44.71/hr.
