    Job Title: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

    Accounts Receivable Supervisor

    The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will oversee the AR team, with a primary focus on managing deductions and driving effective account collections. This role also involves preparing financial reports and conducting account analyses to support strategic decision-making.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide leadership and oversight for the Accounts Receivable team and its daily operations.

    + Lead efforts to streamline and improve deduction management across AR functions.

    + Prepare financial reports and forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

    + Oversee account collection activities and resolve escalated issues promptly.

    + Analyze and compile bad debt data to support strategic financial decisions.

    + Create and distribute comprehensive accounts receivable reports.

    Essential Skills

    + Demonstrated expertise in accounts receivable and credit management.

    + Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.

    + Proficient in AR reconciliation and financial forecasting.

    + Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables.

    + Strong experience in B2B accounts receivable, with hands-on experience managing chargebacks and deductions.

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not required.

    + Experience working with SAP or similar mid-to-large ERP systems is a plus.

    + Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

     

    Work Environment

     

    + This role is based on-site at the company’s headquarters and follows a business casual dress code. After completing initial in-office training, employees will transition to a hybrid schedule, working four days in-office and one day remotely each week. The position offers strong potential for career advancement, including opportunities to move into corporate finance or accounting for high-performing team members.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $36.06/hr.
