About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Project Manager to lead and execute large-scale HR initiatives. In this role, you will develop and manage detailed project plans, oversee timelines, coordinate deliverables, and track milestones to ensure projects stay on schedule. You’ll serve as the central point of knowledge for project information, facilitate stakeholder communication, and ensure all deliverables meet expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Develop and manage detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
+ Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
+ Document project details and prepare status reports.
+ Facilitate communication among stakeholders and ensure deliverables are met.
+ Act as a central knowledge base for project information and provide clear direction to teams.
+ Consult with teams and stakeholders to secure cooperation for plans and schedules.
+ Escalate changes to scope, budget, and timing, and propose solutions.
+ Establish agendas and lead productive project meetings.
+ Create and maintain project artifacts per HR and PMO standards.
+ Integrate communication and change management activities into project plans.
+ Develop communications, presentations, and resources as needed.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of project management experience with large-scale initiatives.
+ Strong understanding of project management methodology, including issue resolution and risk management.
+ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., SmartSheet, MS Project).
+ Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
+ Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Mail Merge, DocuSign, and MS Teams.
+ Strong communication skills with executive-level presence and influence.
+ Working knowledge of HR management principles.
+ Experience with resource management and change management techniques.
+ Demonstrated initiative and decision-making capabilities.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Minnetonka, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
