Work You'll Do

As a US Delivery Center Solution Manager on the team, you will:

+ Address urgent operational needs

+ Serve as the onsite expert for the project, leading the USDC team and mentoring operations team members to build triaging capabilities that support audits and rapid data requests

+ Leveraging expertise, they will ensure swift, accurate responses to high-priority inquiries, strengthen timeliness in production issue triage, and proactively mitigate security concerns

+ Through trusted relationships with agency leadership, they will preserve client confidence and maintain program compliance.

+ Safeguard critical operations, address evolving security and business continuity needs, and minimize operational and compliance risks

This opportunity sits within our Deloitte US Delivery Center model, which is dedicated to driving impactful business services. It leverages Deloitte's scale and talent, as well as a center delivery model to provide high-quality, cost-effective service with standardized processes and procedures to service businesses across Deloitte.

With the resources of Deloitte and a community feel, the delivery center model provides high-quality services to our clients. USDC professionals work out of one of our specific delivery center locations, and each location presents dynamic career opportunities for professionals to focus on their work with nominal travel requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor's degree

+ Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

+ Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to Mechanicsburg, PA

+ Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location

+ Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes

+ If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance

Preferred:

+ Extensive experience in Medicaid policy, eligibility systems, and operational triage, preferably within state or local government programs.

+ Proven track record managing urgent, high-stakes data requests and production incidents, with strong understanding of data privacy and cybersecurity protocols (PII/PHI).

+ Exceptional communication and client relationship skills, including mentoring teams and collaborating with agency leadership on audits and compliance.
