Job Title: Lockbox Operations Associate (Data Entry & Mail Processing)

Duration: 3 Months (Potential to Extend)

Schedule:

Shift Timing: Thursday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM or until end of shift (based on business needs)

Days Off: Monday to Wednesday

Flexibility Required: Employees are expected to work until all tasks are completed for the day. This means the shift may extend beyond scheduled hours depending on workload.

Overtime Opportunity: Extended hours may be available and are a potential opportunity for overtime compensation.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Lockbox Operations Associate to join our fast-paced, deadline-driven team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, values accuracy, and enjoys working collaboratively in a diverse team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform accurate and efficient data entry using 10-key systems

+ Handle mail processing and payment transactions

+ Sort and organize documents with precision

+ Adapt to frequent day-to-day changes in tasks and priorities

+ Follow strict compliance procedures in a regulated environment

+ Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

Top Skills & Qualifications:

+ Proven data entry experience with strong attention to detail

+ Proficiency in 10-key typing and compliance-focused tasks

+ Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines

+ Comfortable working in a diverse, team-oriented environment

+ Reliable, consistent, and able to follow structured procedures

Nice to Have:

+ Experience in check handling, document sorting, or mailroom operations

+ Familiarity with lockbox processing or financial services environments

Additional Information:

+ This role does not have a fixed end time; flexibility is essential based on business needs

+ Candidates must be comfortable with repetitive tasks and high-volume processing

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.10 - $21.10/hr.
