    We are seeking a highly organized and personable Client Services & Office Coordinator to join our team.     Key Responsibilities

    + Greet and assist clients in person with professionalism and warmth

    + Manage incoming phone calls and client intake with accuracy and care

    + Maintain organized email communication and scheduling

    + Support general administrative tasks around the office

    + Assist with seasonal projects, including sorting and coordinating holiday gifts

    + Collaborate with Pilot and other team members to ensure smooth office operations

    Top Skills Required

    + Highly organized and detail-oriented

    + Comfortable with face-to-face client interactions

    + Strong verbal and written communication skills

    + Able to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment

    + Team-oriented with a proactive attitude

    Nice-to-Have Skills

    This is a Contract position based out of Steamboat Springs, CO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.38/hr.
