    Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our growing team in Saint Cloud. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a knack for working with data and financial documents.     • Key Responsibilities

    + Process daily departmental tasks including account setup, maintenance, and conversions

    + Handle routine and complex transactions accurately and efficiently

    + Identify and resolve potential issues proactively

    + Follow established procedures to meet service level agreements and quality metrics

    + Learn and support various financial products, software, and systems

    + Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards

    • Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Minimum 1 year of experience in an office environment

    + At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel

    Preferred Skills

    + Strong administrative support capabilities

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word

    + Ability to manage high-volume paperwork (up to 50+ items/day post-training)

    Work Environment

    + Newly renovated office with modern amenities

    + Sit/stand desks and break rooms on every floor

    + Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Cloud, MN.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
