• Supervision Support Specialist

    TEKsystems (Fort Mill, SC)


    We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Supervision Support Specialist for a wealth management client. This role serves as the first line of contact for advisors, providing guidance on supervision technology, industry rules and regulations, continuing education, and registration and licensing processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Serve as a primary resource for advisors regarding compliance, registration, and FINRA licensing requirements.

    + Assisting financial advisors/investment advisors with questions via phone and email.

    + Provide walkthroughs and support for supervision technology platforms.

    + Respond to inquiries related to industry rules, continuing education, and licensing processes.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure a seamless advisor experience.

    + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial products.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Active or Inactive FINRA Series 7 license is required for this role. (Cannot be expired)

    + Series 63/65/66 is preferred but not required.

    + At least 1 year of recent customer service experience.

    + Strong oral and written communication skills.

    + Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.

    + Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

    + Working knowledge of mutual funds, annuities, general securities, and other financial products.

    + Familiarity with FINRA, SEC, and state regulations.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + 1–2 years of experience in financial services with a focus on investment products.

    + Prior experience with securities and insurance licensing.

    + Proven ability to proactively collaborate and resolve escalated issues.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

    This is a Contract position based out of Fort Mill, SC.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
