Whether you're guiding seniors to their first yoga class or helping working adults explore digital fitness options, you’ll be the friendly voice that motivates movement and makes wellness accessible.
What You’ll Do
SilverSneakers Outbound
+ Call members who created accounts but haven’t yet used their free fitness benefit
+ Encourage participation in 22,000+ gyms and live online classes
+ Promote wellness through yoga, senior boot camps, and more
+ No scripts—just authentic conversations that inspire action
+ Performance measured by call volume, average handle time (AHT), and schedule adherence
SilverSneakers Inbound
+ Answer questions like “Do I have this benefit?” and “How do I take a class?”
+ Help members find nearby locations and get started
+ Provide empathetic, kind support—these are friendly, curious callers
+ Measured on attendance, QA scores, AHT, and documentation
Prime Inbound
+ Support working adults (ages 18–55) with paid fitness memberships
+ Handle cancellations with soft retention offers (no sales pressure!)
+ Educate members on digital options and tiered packages
+ More transactional—less small talk, more solutions
+ Measured on call quality and offer rate (not sales quotas)
• What You Bring
+ Strong customer service and communication skills
+ Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
+ Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
+ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
+ A quiet, distraction-free workspace with hardwired internet
+ Minimum speeds: 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload (50 ft cable provided)
Experience Level
Entry-Level – No prior experience required. We’ll train you to succeed!

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
