    Job Overview

     

    The Director of CIED’s Leadership Program is a distinguished faculty member responsible for advancing CIED’s program development in the fields of leadership, communication, and negotiation. The role combines academic excellence with practical engagement, fostering impactful connections between CIED’s and global leaders across industries. The Director will also spearhead innovative educational offerings tailored for senior executives and high-net-worth clients. Additional duties include but are not limited to:

     

    + Teach executive-level courses in leadership, negotiation, and related disciplines.

    + Design and deliver specialized academic and executive education programs, with a focus on leadership and negotiation skills for global leaders and high-net-worth clients.

    + Collaborate with CIED leadership to expand the portfolio of innovative, revenue-generating educational offerings.

    + Curate and run a high-profile speaker series featuring thought leaders, executives, policymakers, and scholars.

    + Represent the university at conferences, industry forums, and media engagements to enhance visibility and impact.

    + Build partnerships with corporations, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies to support program growth and thought leadership

    + Contribute to CIED’s strategic initiatives related to leadership and negotiation education

     

    Work Interactions

     

    The incumbent will work closely with CIED’s Executive Director to lead and manage CIED’s Leadership Program. The incumbent will work closely with Professors at Georgetown University to design executive academic programs with a focus on leadership and negotiations. The incumbent will teach courses in leadership and negotiation. He/she will curate and run a high-profile speaker series featuring thought leaders, executives, policymakers, and scholars and represent the university at conferences, industry forums, and media engagements to enhance visibility and impact. The incumbent will build partnerships with corporations, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies to support program growth and thought leadership. Contribute to strategic initiatives related to leadership and negotiation education.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    + Ph.D. or terminal degree in leadership, management, organizational behavior, law, psychology, or a related discipline

    Pay Range:

    The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:

    $44,022.00 - $73,406.80

     

    Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
