About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Loan Funding Processor.

In this role, you will:

+ Be responsible for supporting the loan funding team with moderately complex loan operational tasks

+ Identify ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures

+ Perform multiple moderately complex operational tasks relating to the mortgage closing and funding processes

+ Receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced team

+ Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

+ Interact with internal and external clients

+ Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

+ 6+ months of administrative, customer, or people interaction experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

+ WF Mortgage Funding Experience

+ Microsoft Office Experience

+ Knowledge of the CORE mortgage system

+ Pipeline Management

+ Able to multitask

Job Expectations:

+ Review signed closing document with quick turnaround times while maintaining quality standards.

+ This position offers a hybrid schedule however candidates must be able to work at posted location.
