    Business Information Consultant

    **Location:** This role requires associates to be in-office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.   Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location in Wallingford, CT. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

    The **Business Information Consultant** will serve as a key contributor in delivering data-driven insights and analytical solutions to support marketing strategy, campaign performance measurement, and customer engagement optimization.

    How you will make an impact:

    + Utilize Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and Python to translate marketing data into actionable intelligence.

    + Develop, maintain, and automate marketing performance dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, enabling data transparency and timely insights for leadership and business partners.

    + Utilize Adobe Analytics and SFMC to track digital and campaign engagement, analyzing performance across multiple marketing channels (email, web, SMS, app).

    + Design and manage data integration workflows between SFMC, Adobe Analytics, and internal databases to ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting.

    + Conduct advanced data analysis using Python to identify patterns, forecast trends, and optimize targeting and segmentation strategies.

    + Create and maintain data pipelines to support marketing performance measurement and reporting needs.

    + Generate and automate recurring and ad hoc reports, providing clear interpretation of key metrics and business implications.

    + Partner with marketing, IT, and analytics teams to translate business questions into analytical requirements, building scalable solutions that drive data-informed decision-making.

    + Monitor campaign performance, identify deviations or anomalies, and provide recommendations for improvement based on data insights.

    + Serve as a subject matter expert in marketing data sources and analytics tools, providing guidance to other analysts and stakeholders.

    + Analyze data and summarize performance using summary statistical procedures.

    + Develop and analyze business performance reports (e.g. for claims data, provider data, utilization data) and provide notations of performance deviations and anomalies.

    + Create and publish periodic reports, as well as any necessary ad hoc reports.

    + Provide analytic consultation to other business areas, leadership or external customers.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Requires a BS/BA degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

    Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

    + 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data visualization highly preferred.

    + Proficiency in Tableau (dashboard development, data blending, performance tuning) highly preferred.

    + Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (report building, segmentation, workspace analysis) highly preferred.

    + Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including tracking and automation capabilities preferred.

    + Strong programming and data analysis skills in Python preferred.

    + Familiarity with SQL and data querying in relational databases.

    + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical audience events.
