**Our client** is expanding and moving to a new facility over the next year. We’re hiring a full-time **1st Shift Quality Control Inspector** to help deliver superior precision-machined components through our core services—Milling, Mill-Turning, Swiss, and EDM.

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct 1st Article, Final, and In-Process inspections.

+ Document results and maintain inspection reports and travelers.

+ Support NCRs, RMAs, and ISO 13485 compliance activities.

+ Partner with engineers on new product development and process improvement.

+ Utilize ERP (JobBOSS) and Microsoft Office tools daily.

**Ideal candidates** have 5+ years of quality inspection experience in the **medical device industry** and are skilled in GMP/ISO 13485 environments. Must be proficient in:

+ Performing 1st Article and Final Inspections (visual/dimensional) and recording results.

+ Using AQL sampling, SPC, and quality tools such as microscopes, Micro Vu, calipers, CMM, and gages.

+ Reading engineering drawings, interpreting GD&T, and identifying nonconformities.

+ Collaborating cross-functionally and maintaining strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Qualifications:

+ Strong knowledge of quality standards, testing methods, and inspection equipment.

+ Understanding of precision manufacturing (CNC Swiss, Lathe, Mill, EDM).

+ Basic CAD/SolidWorks familiarity preferred.

+ Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
