    Our client is a global, research-driven pharmaceutical manufacturer focusing on treatment options for diseases and conditions for which there is no satisfactory treatment option to date. The company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the team!

     

    **Pay** : $22-$23/hr

    **Schedule:** 1 st shift, hybrid schedule. 3 days must be in office with Wednesdays as a mandatory on-site day.

    **Location** : Ridgefield, CT

    **Type of Job:** Year-long assignment with possibility of extending or becoming permanent

    Responsibilities:

    + Scheduling travel and processing expenses

    + Data entry

    + Coordinating meetings and reserving conference rooms

    + File management

    + Processing invoices through the internal system

    + Ordering supplies

    + Expense report reconciliation

    + Supporting training classes

    Requirements:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + 1+ year of experience in experience coordinating travel and processing expenses

    + Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Strong attention to detail

    + High degree of initiative, accuracy, problem solving, and follow-up skills

    + Concur experience is a plus
