Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Project Management Integrator/Project Management Integrator. This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems Sector in Palmdale, CA.

The candidate will be required to improve their knowledge of industry practices and standards and demonstrate the skill and ability to perform professional tasks. This individual should possess leadership and team building capabilities and have strong interpersonal skills. Must possess solid organization abilities and be a motivated, flexible team player. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):

+ Programmatic operation and integration directly supporting the Program Office in day-to-day execution

+ Assess project issues, and support development of resolutions to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals and objectives

+ Development, implementation, and maintenance of tools/templates for monitoring project progress

+ Preparation of status reports and presentations for NGC internal and Customer meetings

Basic Qualifications for an Associate Project Management (A01)

_A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:_

+ Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and/or 2 years of experience in Project Management, Program Integration/Execution.

+ Be majoring in or having majored in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related degree.

+ Active secret or top-secret clearance (last investigation completed within last 6 years) and the ability to obtain and maintain Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite). _Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start._

A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

+ Be completing or has completed their Master’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2026, or 2 years of experience and be completing or has completed their Bachelors degree from an accredited institution by August 2026.

+ Be majoring in or having majored in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business related degree.

+ Active secret or top-secret clearance (last investigation completed within last 6 years) and the ability to obtain and maintain Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite). _Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start._

Preferred Qualifications for an Associate Project Management (A01)

+ Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher.

+ Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).

+ Has an active U.S. Government security clearance (Secret, SAP, Top Secret

Pay Range:

+ Associate Project Management (A01): $61,200 - $91,800

+ Project Management (A02): $73,900 – $110,900
