Job Description
LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Product Manager for Digital Marketing for a contract to hire opportunity with our client in Fort Worth, Tx.
Purpose and Job Summary:
This Senior Associate position reports to the Associate Director, Strategic Operations. This position will have responsibilities assisting over multiple company-wide functions mainly supporting the Oracle EPM suite of applications (ARCS, PBCS, EDMCS).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Lead the technical design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EPM ARCS.
+ Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
+ Perform integrations, data mappings, and automation between Oracle EPM and source/target systems.
+ Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and provide ongoing technical support.
+ Assist with testing, deployment, and documentation of EPM solutions.
+ Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
+ Ensure full knowledge transfer within the support team including key user training.
+ Liaising with Oracle to ensure effective management of SRs.
+ Ensure that users are supported and kept up to date with the latest Oracle Cloud quarterly releases.
+ Manage on-time enhancement / project delivery and business expectations and ensure user satisfaction.
+ Assist with risk management and change management on enhancements / projects.
+ Advising on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.
+ Effectively communicating and driving enhancement / project deliverables.
+ Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
+ Providing status and issue reports on a regular basis.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred with a concentration in Finance, Management, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science.
+ Experience with Oracle Cloud EPM applications or equivalent on-prem applications.
+ Proven expertise in ARCS implementation and support.
+ Strong knowledge of data integration (Data Exchange), locations, import formats, mappings, and load rules
+ Working knowledge of pipelines
+ Expert knowledge of Smart View
+ An excellent customer service attitude.
+ Highly motivated self-starter.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.
+ Creative and effective problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and analytical skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments, and to meet critical and established deadlines; Ability to manage multiple assignments and transactions simultaneously.
+ Ability to learn quickly and demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
+ Flexibility and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and constant interruptions; Ability to adjust priorities in a changing environment.
Preferred Experience:
+ Working knowledge of Oracle EPM PBCS/Planning
+ Working knowledge of Oracle EPM EDMCS
+ Knowledge of Groovy language
The Pay range for this role is between $45 - $75/hr. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
