    Position Overview

    As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, develop project plans, and ensure the integration of project deliverables. Additionally, you will mentor junior project managers, assist in their professional growth, and participate in the continuous improvement of project management practices.

     

    A Day In The Life

    + Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects (25%)

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements (20%)

    + Develop project plans and ensure the integration of project deliverables (15%)

    + Mentor junior project managers and assist in their professional growth (10%)

    + Participate in the continuous improvement of project management practices (10%)

    + Facilitate clear, timely communication and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders (10%)

    + Perform risk assessments and manage project risks (5%)

    + Oversee project budgeting, cost estimation, financial tracking, and reporting (5%)

    You'll Come With

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

    + 5+ years of experience in project management.

    + Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

    + Proficiency in risk management and stakeholder engagement.

    + Excellent analytical and communication skills.

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
