Map business requirements to SAP modules including IS-U, EAM, FSM, and C4C.
Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of BPM workflows with S/4HANA components.
Support configuration, RICEFW development, and testing cycles including unit, integration, and UAT.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment between business, IT, and external vendors.
Drive change management and training initiatives to support process adoption.
Ensure process designs comply with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards relevant to the utility sector.
Maintain traceability through Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) and Business Process Master List (BPML).

16+ years of BPM consulting experience, preferably in utilities or SAP environments.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and integration tools (e.g., SAP PO, BTP, BPM, BRM).
Experience with utility-specific processes such as meter-to-cash, outage management, and asset lifecycle.
Proficiency in BPM tools (e.g., Signavio, ARIS, IBM BPM, Appian).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
These will help you succeed
 SAP S/4HANA certification.
