Job Summary

The Product Manager (ISG) will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development and management of multi-channel order management services. With a focus on agile methodologies and product backlog management the candidate will ensure seamless production design and execution. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of the domain with the aim of enhancing the companys product offerings and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

+ Lead the development and execution of product strategies for multi-channel order management services.

+ Oversee the product backlog ensuring that all items are prioritized and aligned with business goals.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement production processes that meet customer needs.

+ Provide guidance on agile methodologies to ensure efficient and effective product development cycles.

+ Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and innovations.

+ Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that product designs are aligned with company objectives and customer expectations.

+ Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.

+ Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless product delivery.

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all product management processes.

+ Ensure that all product designs adhere to industry standards and best practices.

+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

+ Support the development of training materials and resources for internal teams and customers.

+ Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve product management efficiency.

Qualifications

+ Possess extensive experience in agile methodologies and product backlog management.

+ Demonstrate a strong understanding of production design principles and practices.

+ Exhibit expertise in multi-channel order management services.

+ Have a proven track record of successful product management in a hybrid work model.

+ Show proficiency in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

+ Display excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications Required

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
