    As a **Sr SCADA Systems Advisor** , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the technology that keeps our energy infrastructure running safely and efficiently. In this position, you’ll be at the forefront of digital innovation, working with advanced control systems and collaborating across departments to deliver reliable solutions for pipeline operations. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring our systems are secure, resilient, and ready to meet the demands of a dynamic industry.

    What You’ll Do

    + Independently manage and optimize key elements of SCADA and IT systems to ensure high performance and continuous availability for critical infrastructure.

    + Analyze data from diverse sources to identify trends, impacts, and opportunities for improvement.

    + Develop and implement innovative solutions, supporting seamless integration with related applications and systems.

    + Design and deliver system enhancements, support change management processes, and maintain compliance with industry standards and cybersecurity requirements.

    + Collaborate with team members, project leads, and external partners to deliver effective solutions and provide on-call support for system infrastructure and applications.

    + Lead small- to medium-scale projects, ensuring objectives are met within established program management plans.

    + Communicate clearly and professionally with different audiences, contributing to knowledge management and training initiatives.

    + Leverage expertise in data management, virtualization, and process improvement to drive operational excellence and support business objectives.

    + Maintain secure, reliable systems aligned with regulatory requirements and company policies.

    + Foster strong partnerships across teams and vendors, promoting a collaborative and proactive work environment.

    + Support administration of operating systems, databases, and application patch management requirements.

    What You’ll** **Bring** **– Required

    + Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.

    + Willing and able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to travel up to 5%?

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + 3 or more years of experience supporting:

    + Windows Server

    + SCADA systems

    + Distributed control concepts

    + VSAT communications

    + 1 or more years of supervisory experience

    + Basic proficiency in a minimum of one modern programming language / technology (e.g. C#, Python, SQL)

    What Makes You Stand Out – Preferred

    + Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field

    + 5 or more years of experience with AVEVA OASyS or WonderWare SCADA configuration or control systems configuration experience

    + 3 or more years of experience with process control design and implementation

    + 3 or more years of experience with satellite, VSAT, radio, LTE wireless, and front-end processor (FEP) technology and architecture

    + Experience working on industrial control system networks and communication protocols for data gathering

    **Compensation Range** :

     

    + $137,700 - $168,300

     

    Midstream

     

    The Phillips 66 Midstream business is a safe, reliable, and trusted provider for the movement, storage, gathering, and processing of liquid or gas energy via pipelines or terminals. We are an industry leader in logistics and operate or manage more than 70,000 miles of pipelines that transport crude oil from oil fields to refineries and finished products from refineries to storage terminals. We operate 39 terminals that supply finished products to consumer gas stations, as well as crude oil and NGL storage terminals and NGL fractionation facilities. Our capabilities include extensive natural gas gathering and processing operations, enhancing our wellhead-to-market strategy. We also provide the connectivity between the various Phillips 66 business units.
