    The Board Certified Behavior Analyst – ES providesconsultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implementsbehavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioraldeficits. The Board Certified BehaviorAnalyst – ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, andsupervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the schoolsetting.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

    + Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching,psychology or related field

    + Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programsand services in schools

    + One (1) year minimum pediatric experience preferred

    + Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    Age Group:

    PreK-2-Transition

    Caseload Details:

    *day to day is spent at REA with the elementary/middle school classrooms being available for in the moment support or providing suggestions as necessary.

    *collaborates with social worker to discuss any specific cases and different interventions that should be trailed or changed.

     

    high school heavy caseload with 33 students with behavior specific goals. interacts with these students on an on call basis.

     

    *crisis response team, tends to crisis if it's called right away

    *assists at transition center and other EC-2nd classrooms on an "on call" basis if they need help brainstorming interventions.
