Behavior Technician: Empower Lives, One Step at a Time

Pay Rate: $21–$25/hr

Are you passionate about making a difference? Join a compassionate and driven team that supports children and adults with special needs in educational environments. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their behavioral and learning goals—working side-by-side with educators and specialists who share your commitment to growth and inclusion.

What You’ll Do:

+ Provide direct behavioral and educational support in school settings

+ Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals

+ Help implement individualized plans that foster progress and confidence

What You’ll Need:

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ Two (2) years of pediatric experience (preferred)

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years old
