Job Title: Experienced Mandarin-Speaking Behavioral Technician

Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Behavioral Technician fluent in Mandarin to join our team. This role involves providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in home, school, clinic, or community settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABA, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping individuals with developmental challenges.

Responsibilities:

+ Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA

+ Collect and record accurate behavioral data

+ Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and families

+ Collaborate with clinical supervisors to adjust treatment plans as needed

+ Maintain professionalism and compassion in all client interactions

Qualifications:

+ Minimum 2 years of experience as a Behavioral Technician (RBT preferred)

+ Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written)

+ Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

+ High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field preferred)
