Responsibilities:

- Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision

- Collect and analyze data to track client progress

- Collaborate with families, supervisors, and other team members

- Maintain accurate session notes and documentation

- Support clients in home, clinic, school, and community settings

- Uphold ethical standards and client confidentiality

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Behavioral Technician

- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred

- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field a plus

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
