Behavior Technician – Make a Daily Impact in Schools ??? Location: School-Based | Immediate Openings Available Pay: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)

Are you passionate about helping students thrive? As a school-based Behavior Technician, you’ll play a key role in supporting students with special needs—guiding them through daily routines, reinforcing positive behaviors, and creating a safe, uplifting environment where they can succeed.

+ Supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings

+ Assisting with individualized behavior and learning plans

+ Collaborating with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists

+ Creating a calm, consistent, and inclusive learning environment

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 6 months to 1 year of ABA experience required

+ 2 years of pediatric experience preferred

+ CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB clearance and health documentation (if applicable)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

+ Monday–Friday school-based schedule (no nights or weekends!)

+ Weekly paychecks
