    Special Education Teacher – Thrive Program | $45–$48/hr | 2025–2026 School Year | 40 hrs/week

     

    Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking two Special Education Teachers to support the Thrive Program, which serves students with significant social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. These full-time positions begin November 16, 2025, and run for 29 weeks.

    Position Details

    + Start Date: November 16, 2025

    + Duration: 29 weeks

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

    + Hours: 40/week

    + Pay Rate: $45–$48/hr

    + Certification Required: SPED Certification only

    Requirements

    + Experience working with students with strong behavioral needs

    + Familiarity with ARD documentation and participation in ARD meetings

    + Skilled in data collection and progress monitoring

    + Comfortable using the G2 Screener for SPED evaluations

    + Ability to maintain structured routines and consistency in the classroom

    + Knowledge of instructional programs such as Rethink and Unique Learning System (ULS) is a plus
