Job Title: Experienced Behavioral Technician – All Ages & Diagnoses

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Behavioral Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in ABA therapy and a proven ability to work with clients across all age groups and a variety of diagnoses. Responsibilities:

+ Provide direct ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings

+ Work with clients ranging from toddlers to adults with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and other behavioral challenges

+ Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

+ Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress

+ Collaborate with families, supervisors, and clinical teams

+ Mentor junior technicians and support clinical quality

Qualifications:

+ RBT certification (or equivalent)

+ Minimum 2 years of ABA experience across diverse age groups and diagnoses

+ Strong skills in managing challenging behaviors and adapting interventions

+ Excellent communication and documentation skills

+ Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
