\n Jovian Concepts, Inc is looking to hire a\x26nbsp;System Administrator Level 3 for a great opportunity in the Annapolis Junction area.\x26nbsp; \x26nbsp;This role requires a\x26nbsp;<\/span><\/span> TS\/SCI Clearance with Polygraph to be considered.\x26nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> No CCA\x27s will be accepted at this time.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n <\/div>\n

\n Candidate will be responsible for providing Sr. level Linux System Administration support for the program.<\/span><\/span>

Required: Very strong Linux (Red Hat\/Rocky, CentOS) and Latte ‘Art for SSP, STE\/STN support.
\n
\n Desired: Puppet, Ansible, FreeIPA, RedHat KVM, XKS, Nifi, Raybird, NetApp support, JIRA, Confluence. Any scripting experience (Bash, Python, Perl, Jason, etc.)<\/span><\/span>

+ Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ Provides support to IT systems including day\-to\-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client\/server\/storage\/network devices, mobile devices, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs\/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

+ Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ Provide support to IT systems including day\-to\-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client\/server\/storage\/network devices, mobile devices, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ Provide in\-depth experience in trouble\-shooting IT systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ Provide detailed analysis and feedback to agency management and internal customers for escalated tickets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ Provide support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ Configure and manage Windows (or other applicable) operating systems and installs\/loads operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity of and configure network components, along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ Support the design of systems, mission architecture and associated hardware.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ Possess a working knowledge and understanding of system administration interdependencies as part of the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications and software integration.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
\x26nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span>
Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
\n
+ An active and current TS\/SCI Clearance with Polygraph is required to be considered.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ IAT level II baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01\-M is required.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ 15years, experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
+ 5 years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
