+ Systems Administration \x26amp; RF Integration<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> \x26nbsp;\- Administer Linux and Windows systems, troubleshoot issues, load software, and configure RF system networks. Understand RF and collection systems, including data flow and operational dependencies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

\n

+ Network \x26amp; Tactical SIGINT Operations \-\x26nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Apply networking expertise to support Tactical SIGINT and FORNSAT missions.<\/span><\/span> \x26nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/b> Maintain and optimize data collection and transmission systems in operational environments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

\n

+ Information Assurance \x26amp; Cybersecurity \-\x26nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Support the organization\x27s information assurance program, enforcing security policies and standards.<\/span><\/span> \x26nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/b> Conduct vulnerability assessments and manage day\-to\-day security operations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

\n

+ Security Documentation \x26amp; Compliance \-\x26nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Prepare and review System Security Plans (SSPs), Risk Assessment Reports, and C\x26amp;A packages.<\/span><\/span> \x26nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/b> Ensure compliance with NISCAP and DoD RMF processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

+ Configuration \x26amp; Change Management \-<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Provide configuration management for security software, hardware, and firmware.<\/span><\/span> \x26nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/b> Assess and manage the security impact of system changes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

\n

+ Systems Engineering \x26amp; Requirements Management \-\x26nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Develop and manage system requirements aligned with DoDAF and SOA architectures.<\/span><\/span> \x26nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/b> Allocate functional requirements across hardware, software, and personnel components.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

\n

+ Verification, Validation \x26amp; Risk Analysis \-\x26nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Define verification methods and evaluation criteria for systems and subsystems.<\/span><\/span> \x26nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/b> Conduct risk assessments and plan verification efforts early in the development lifecycle.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

+ Integration \x26amp; Lifecycle Management \-\x26nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b> Coordinate system integration across teams, ensuring interface coverage and baseline integrity.<\/span><\/span> \x26nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/b> Oversee system evolution from development through deployment and maintenance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/div>\n

Requirements<\/h3>\n

+ Fourteen (14) years\x27 experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required<\/span><\/span><\/span>

+ Bachelor’s degree in system engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

+ Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor\x27s degree.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
