    Biweekly Hours:** **80.00

     

    Shift:** **8 hours daily, 5 days per week, with variable start times 730-8am including weekends. Travel requirement to satellite and main location

    _Primary skills utilized/learned:_

    + Performs quality recordings of ultrasound images of the heart in order to assess cardiovascular and hemodynamic functions in children through adult patients.

    _Required Qualifications:_

    + Graduate of an approved school of ultrasound/cardiovascular techniques

    + Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RMCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS), or obtains registry within 1 year of hire.

    + BLS Certification.

    + Must have knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.

    + Reliable transportation to travel to satellite clinics.

    _Preferred Qualifications:_

    + Previous experience in imaging stress tests

    _Physical Requirements:_

    + May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently during the day.

    + May need to sit or stand for extended periods.

    + See in the normal visual range with or without correction.

    + Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.

    + Ability to lift 250-300 pounds with assistance.

    + Ability to push/pull up to 500 pounds with assistance.

    + Requires some exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids.

    + Requires some exposure to chemicals and cleaning products.
