    Position Summary

    Amergis Educational Staffing is seeking full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students in Rockford, IL. This in-person role begins around the turn of the semester and runs for one year. SLPs will conduct evaluations, provide therapy services, and collaborate with school teams to support student success.

    + Setting: In-person (replacing virtual roles)

    + Hours: 35 hours/week

    + Start Date: November 15, 2025

    + Duration: 1 year

    + Pay: $75 per hour

    + Travelers: Recommended

    Responsibilities

    + Perform student evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans

    + Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with physician orders and IEP goals

    + Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

    + Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

    + Participate in IEP meetings, trainings, and team planning

    + Support students in developing communication skills across settings

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    + Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Illinois

    + CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by contract

    + CPR certification, TB/PPD clearance, and health certificate as applicable

    + Compliance with all federal, state, and local employment requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
