Are you ready to make an impact every single day? Amergis Healthcare is hiring Behavior Technicians and Classroom Aides to provide 1:1 or small-group support for students in school settings. Work alongside passionate educators and behavioral specialists to help children thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.

As a key member of the classroom team, you will:

+ Support students in achieving behavioral and academic goals

+ Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ABA strategies

+ Assist with speech, occupational, and physical therapy activities

+ Foster independence in daily living skills

+ Provide crisis intervention and positive behavior management

+ Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and therapists

+ Maintain accurate documentation and data collection

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ 2+ years of pediatric or classroom experience (preferred)

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

+ CPR certification and health screening (as required)

+ A genuine passion for helping students succeed!
