    The Behavior Technician works to facilitate educational and behavioral services with children and adults with special needs and collaborates with school professionals and other behavioral specialists to achieve learning and behavioral goals and objectives.

     
     

    Company: Amergis Healthcare Staffing Location: Oceanside, CA Pay Rate: $25/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 30 hours/week Start Date: ASAP Employment Type: Part-time

     
     

    + Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision

    + Support students with behavioral, emotional, or developmental challenges

    + Help students develop social, communication, and academic skills

    + Collect and record data on student progress

    + Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff

    + Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment

    ? Requirements

    + Prior experience as a Behavior Technician

    + Passion for working with children and adolescents

    + Ability to work in a school setting

    + Must meet background and health screening requirements
