Now Hiring: Special Education Paraprofessional
Are you a high-energy, experienced paraprofessional ready to make a difference in the lives of students with diverse learning needs? We’re looking for someone who brings confidence, compassion, and a full toolbox of strategies to support both instruction and behavior in a dynamic special education setting.
You’ll support a small group of students with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities (LDs), and Emotional Behavioral Disabilities (EBDs). While behavior management is part of the role, your primary responsibility is instructional support—helping students access learning and thrive in the classroom.
? What You Bring:
+ Associate’s Degree (required)
+ Special Education Aide License (required)
+ Experience working with students with disabilities (preferred)
+ Strong skills in de-escalation, identifying triggers, and proactive behavior support
+ A positive, open-minded attitude and readiness to take on challenges
+ Must pass background checks prior to interview
+ Location: Richfield, WI
+ Start Date: November 10, 2025
+ Schedule: 35 hours/week
+ Contract: Through end of school year (May/June)
+ Pay: Starting at $20/hour, based on experience
+ Pay Schedule: Weekly
