Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Clinic Float
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Weekly Hours: 40
Start Date: ASAP
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a dynamic clinic provider team. This float position supports multiple clinic locations and plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, cost-effective primary health care. The LPN will provide direct patient care, assist medical providers, and perform designated independent procedures in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver timely and efficient nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols
• Assist providers with exams, procedures, and patient education
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
Minimum Requirements:
• Current Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse License
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN/LVN preferred
• Prior experience in a clinic or outpatient setting preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Must meet all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
