    The State of Missouri is looking for a Software Test Analyst

     

    The purpose of this position is to provide daily support for the Child Care Data Systems (CCDS) application, including Salesforce-related services, testing, analysis, and implementation. The CCDS app is utilized by the Office of Childhood (OOC) within the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), as well as by parents and providers.

    Top Skills & Years of Experience:

    7+ years experience leading testing teams on large scale IT project implementation at a State Government or equivalent level

     

    5+ years experience implementing testing automation and analyzing test cases

     

    3+ years of experience with implementation and testing in Salesforce

     

    3+ years experience providing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) services to a US state government agency

     

    2+ years experience working with a Missouri State Government Agency preferred

    Nice to Have:

    • Knowledge of childcare or education data systems (especially helpful for DESE)

    • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies

    • Experience working in government or public sector environments

    Certifications:

    1. ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation Level or Advanced Level)

    2. Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP)

    3. Certified Agile Tester (CAT)

    4. Salesforce Certifications

    5. Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or DevOps Engineer Expert
