This position is with our Consumer Brands business unit – where we empower our employees to bring the best Laundry & Home Care and Hair products to people around the world.

What you´ll do
+ Manage and implement the promotional strategy and drive the sell in of promos within the Consumer channel
+ Own the post promo analysis process by working closely with the regional net revenue management team
+ Present promo ROI and findings in leadership meetings
+ Primary process owner for promo kit development across the Consumer channel
+ Facilitate planogram changes through the regional team for key customers
+ Complete regular competitive analysis within the Consumer channel
+ Plan and execute customer events such as leadership conferences and national conventions
+ Lead trade marketing material project routing from the key account management team’s side
+ Ownership of pricing maintenance process for the Consumer channel accounts
+ Develop sales plans that meet or exceed growth targets.
+ Work with Integrated Marketing team to ensure all copy, imagery, and videos meet ecommerce needs and are up to date.
+ Merchandise instore and ecommerce sites to deliver a compelling product experience, through clear category navigation and story-telling.
+ Manage the day-to-day operations including product content, store execution, site maintenance, inventory availability, pricing and promotional activities.
+ Ensure team is under budget, including discounts, advertising, sampling, and promotional budgets.
+ Accurately communicate all new item setup information to customer contacts.
+ Execute key customer meetings including slide preparation and presentation of key objectives.
+ Build strong relationships and manage customer expectations.
What makes you a good fit
+ Bachelor’s Degree and/or Graduate degree with a concentration on Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Information Systems, or a similar field
+ 3+ years of retail/ecommerce sales experience
+ Experience with Key Account Management
+ Experience with planning promotions
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
+ Experience with data analytics
+ Experience with PIM/DAM systems or Syndigo
+ Exceptional organizational skills and detail oriented
+ Team player

The salary for this role is **$70,000.00 - $80,000.00** . This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
