We’re seeking dedicated, compassionate, and enthusiastic Behavioral Technicians to join our team and help deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental challenges.
As a Behavioral Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with children in their homes, schools, or community settings, implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will include:
+ Providing direct ABA therapy using positive reinforcement techniques
+ Collecting and recording data on client progress
+ Collaborating with supervisors and families to ensure treatment fidelity
+ Participating in ongoing training and professional development
We’re looking for individuals who are:
+ Energetic, patient, and eager to learn
+ Passionate about helping children reach their full potential
+ Reliable and committed to consistent scheduling
+ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Minimum Requirements:
+ High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or related fields preferred)
+ Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
+ Ability to pass background checks and obtain CPR certification
+ Availability for afternoon and early evening shifts (weekends optional)
