Contract Length: Through January (high likelihood of extension)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (flexibility for extra hours as needed)
Local Pay Rate: $70/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral support and staff training across two campuses in Bellevue and Tacoma. This role focuses on consulting, conducting evaluations, and implementing evidence-based behavioral strategies for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and high behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities
+ Conduct functional and educational behavior assessments.
+ Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based strategies.
+ Train families, caregivers, and school staff to implement effective techniques across environments.
+ Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians (no RBT supervision required for this role).
+ Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly.
+ Prepare written behavior intervention plans and maintain compliance documentation.
+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success.
Qualifications
+ Current BCBA certification (or BCaBA under BCBA supervision).
+ Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs in school settings.
+ Current CPR certification.
+ Strong communication skills and commitment to excellence in applied behavior analysis.
