Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pega Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative solutions within the Pega Smart Investigate module. This role demands a strong foundation in full-stack development, cloud-native architecture, and deep expertise in Pega frameworks, particularly within the banking domain.

Responsibilities

+ Develop full-stack applications with due consideration to security, design validation, and SDLC framework

+ Collaborate with product managers, business operations, and engineers to define product requirements and objectives

+ Participate in system design consulting and platform management

+ Develop resilient, scalable, and secure modules using cloud-native services

Basic Qualifications

+ Minimum of 5 years' experience with Pega frameworks in the banking domain

+ Hands-on prior experience with Pega's Smart Investigate module

+ Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts

+ Proficiency with algorithms, data structures, and software design

+ Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced and often multi-directional work environment

Preferred Qualifications

+ Possess Pega certifications such as CSSA or CLSA

+ Experience in financial services, specifically corporate cash management, is desirable

+ Strong communication skills, drive, and ownership

+ Experience with AWS services

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $61087 - $104364

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
