    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled and hands on Analytics Development Lead with deep expertise in Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics to lead the implementation and optimization of digital analytics across AEM based platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating analytics with AEM Sites defining measurement strategies and delivering actionable insights through robust tagging and data collection frameworks.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Analytics Strategy Solutioning.Define and lead the analytics implementation strategy across AEM websites and digital platforms.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analytics requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Create and maintain SDR document to serve as base approach for architectural design.Design scalable and reusable tagging frameworks using Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics

    + Implementation Integration.Implement and manage Adobe Launch rules data elements and extensions to support tracking needs.Integrate analytics seamlessly with AEM Sites ensuring accurate data capture across templates components and content fragments.Configure and validate tracking for page views events conversions and user interactions.Report traffic and behavior data through Adobe Analytics reporting tools and analyze the statistics to prescribe recommendations.Configure and manage user governance in the Adobe Analytics tool.

    + Data Governance Metrics Definition.Define and maintain a comprehensive metrics framework aligned with business KPIs and digital goals.Ensure data accuracy consistency and compliance with privacy regulations e.g. GDPR CCPAConduct audits and troubleshoot tracking issues across environments.

    + Collaboration Leadership.Work closely with developers QA product owners and marketing teams to ensure analytics is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.Mentor junior analytics developers and support their growth in Adobe Experience Cloud tools.Provide documentation training and support for analytics stakeholders.

    Required Qualifications

    + 10 to 12 years of experience in digital analytics and tag management.

    + Strong hands on expertise in Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics.

    + Experience integrating analytics with AEM Sites including templates components and CaaS models.

    + Solid understanding of JavaScript JSON and data layer design.

    + Proven ability to define analytics requirements design tracking strategies and deliver actionable insights.

    + Certifications in Adobe Launch Adobe Analytics.

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    + Experience in the insurance domain or other regulated industries.

    + Familiarity with Adobe Target Adobe Journey Optimizer AJO or Adobe RealTime CDP.

    + Knowledge of data visualization tools eg Adobe Workspace Power BI Tableau.

    + Understanding of privacy and compliance standards GDPR CCPA.

    Salary Transparency:

    The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $118,650/Yr. to $139,992/Yr.

     

    Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

     

    The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

     

    These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

     

    It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

     

    In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
