We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy **Staging Inventory Associate** to support our inventory operations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate inventory receipt, data integrity, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating spreadsheets, interpreting data, and communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

+ Request inventory when a work order is assigned.

+ Un-pack ATM’s

+ Test each device on the ATM’s to ensure they are working properly.

+ Replace parts if necessary

+ Load software

+ Configure router for each ATM

+ Apply branding material to ATM’s

+ Re-pack ATM’s with shipping foam and tape.

+ Move ATM’s to shipping team.

+ Oracle ERP

+ Chrome/Microsoft Edge

+ Microsoft Office

+ Workday

Education, Experience Requirements

+ High School diploma or equivalent required

+ 2+ years’ experience with technical aspects of ATMs, vending machines, or computers

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

+ Ability to troubleshoot electronic hardware and software.

+ Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
