What you'll be doing:
+ Lead a team of engineers and managers building employee-facing products and experiences.
+ Participate in product design and development, engaging at all levels of execution.
+ Work closely with PMs, TPMs, and technical teams to drive engineering outcomes, enhance user experiences, and develop products and workflows that users love.
+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
+ Be a strong advocate of bringing AI-first experiences to our users.
What we need to see:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, or a related technical field.
+ 12+ overall years of experience building software in the tech industry.
+ 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
+ A strong product mindset.
+ Deep understanding of issue tracking and agile delivery products.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
+ Experience building AI agents.
+ Deep experience designing distributed systems.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
+ Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and high-quality release practices.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 248,000 USD - 391,000 USD for Level 4, and 284,000 USD - 425,500 USD for Level 5.
