    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, including technicians and custodial workers, to ensure efficient and effective operations

    + Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure that facilities are wellmaintained, compliant with regulations, and operate at peak efficiency

    + Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments to ensure that maintenance work meets established standards and that issues are promptly addressed

    + Collaborate with other departments, senior management, and stakeholders to understand their facility needs and communicate maintenance updates and plans

    + Oversee the execution of facilities planning, repairs, routine maintenance, and store functions within Honeywell

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Minimum of 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance engineering

    + Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment

    + Proven leadership and management skills

    + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

    + Experience with budget management
